TheiNSight Orchestration Engine automatically collects data from a host of services and events, across many different networks, into one centralized hub, from where it is processed, analysed and coordinated. The intelligence built into the engine is then used to automate tasks, synchronize activities across networks, communicate back to the services and provide reporting to the client.
iNSight uses standard and optimized custom access protocols to ensure fast and secure communication between the linked systems. The engine is driven by event handlers, which can automatically pass tasks on to subsequent event handlers inside the engine upon completion or to any other triggers, or direct the information to a different system for further processing. Commands and instructions to the engine are handled asynchronously on a first come, first serve basis. This reduces bottlenecks by raising alerts, rather than waiting for slower tasks. By breaking down complex and time-consuming tasks into smaller logical steps, the workflow gets orchestrated, which in turn gives more control to the systems and the client.
