In order to build and retain a loyal distribution network, it is critical that partner commissions are calculated correctly and paid regularly.
iPCM features a built-in partner commission calculator that enables network operators to configure rules and thresholds that may apply to any distribution partner and then it automatically calculates commissions due based on the distribution partner’s sales activities. It can also be configured to calculate commission incentives based on the cumulative spend of the SIM cards that the partner activated within any specified period on specified products and services. The solution allows for granular differentiation between various products so that network operators can further incentivize the sale of products and services that yield a higher margin.
iPCM can also be configured to automatically send periodic reports to sales partners. These reports can be delivered via text or email and typically detail engagements, conversions, activations, subscriber activity and commissions due. iPCM can simultaneously deliver these reports to the finance department to speed up the payment of commissions and in so doing ensure distribution partners remain loyal, committed and motivated.

This ensures that brand ambassadors always promote those products and services prioritized by the network operator, whilst being well informed with regards to the applicable remuneration for which they qualify.
The solution is able to apply a range of criteria, including geo fencing of agents to a specific territory. Additionally, the solution delivers various reports that provide visibility on all activities, including conversions, subscriber queries, agent queries and much more.
