iNSight ™ Mediation fundamentally collects and distributes high amounts of data (CDRs, etc.) between local and remote servers whilst providing the necessary system controls and functionality for administrative personnel to apply and report on unique business metrics.
iNSight ™ Interconnect billing system is a logical extension of the Management Information System. Interconnect billing is concerned with calculating the amounts to be paid to and received from each of the network operators using the infrastructure in order to connect the successful originating and termination of calls.
At the core of the 4C Group’s iNSight ™ suite for enterprise-wide data management, is a mature, application-independent Management Information System (or MIS). iNSight‘s MIS is a planned system of collecting, storing, and disseminating data that has been processed in order to carry out the functions of management.
The 4C iNSight™ Billing framework consists of various components that all contribute towards a fully fledged converged billing platform. Using the subscriber’s information within our Customer Relation Management module, our rating engine can use the preconfigured rating tables to calculate the actual charge for each call based on the event information from the call data records.

The primary goal of CRM systems is to integrate and automate sales, marketing, and customer support. The CRM also allows for analytical data about the customers’ history with a company, which in turn allows businesses to better improve relationships with their customers.
